Setting Out
Construction gridlines and detail set out exactly to the architect's drawing on site.

What Setting Out covers.
We translate the architect's design into physical reality on site — setting out gridlines, foundations, pile caps, drainage, structural steel and pool shells to sub-cm tolerances. We work from drawings produced in AutoCAD, Revit or ArchiCAD and issue as-built records when works complete, ready for the contractor's quality file.

Sub-cm Tolerances
Gridlines, foundations, pile caps and drainage set out to sub-cm tolerances — verified against the architect's CAD model before any concrete is poured.
- construction
Site-Ready Coordination
We coordinate directly with the contractor's site team, holding weekly review meetings during the setting-out phase so nothing slips.

As-Built Records
When works complete, we issue a full as-built record drawing suitable for the contractor's quality file and the council submission pack.
