Icelabz Mauritius was founded by Bhavesh Ramburn, Co-founder, after a decade working inside international surveying and estate-management practices. The ambition is simple: deliver property management, land surveying and setting out to the same exacting standard, every time, regardless of project size.
Our team pairs a sworn surveyor (arpenteur-géomètre assermenté) with hand-picked local hospitality staff. For matters outside our three disciplines — valuations, structural inspections, party wall, etc. — we work closely with a small network of chartered partner firms and can introduce you on request.
Our equipment is calibrated quarterly. Our owner statements are versioned and audited. Our properties are managed as if they were our own. That is the entire Icelabz standard.
