Land Surveying
Boundary, topographic and cadastral surveys registered with the Mauritius Land Registry.

What Land Surveying covers.
Our land surveys combine GNSS rovers, robotic total stations and drone photogrammetry to produce boundary plans, topographic drawings and subdivision schemes accepted by the Mauritius Land Registry (Registre de la Propriété). Outputs are signed by a sworn surveyor (arpenteur-géomètre assermenté) and delivered as AutoCAD drawings, signed PDF plans and shapefile bundles ready for planners and notaries.
